BABY GOURMET REVIEW AND GIVEAWAY

 

Baby Gourmet is an
organic baby food company that I recently became aware of. I was given all the
pouches above for a thorough review of Baby Gourmet’s food. If I said it once,
I’ll say it a thousand times… Skylar is a picky eater! It’s hard to feed a child
that barely opens her mouth for new things. I find it frustrating since she
seems to open her mouth for everything but! I find myself constantly on the
search for newer, healthier and tastier smelling baby food.

I love the fruit and
vegetable combinations Baby Gourmet has. Some sound good enough to make me want
to eat it! (Don’t worry. I’m yet to really try them.) The first pouch I gave to
my daughter was the Harvest Pear, Pumpkin and Bananas. This was her first time having
anything with pumpkin. I actually tried feeding it to her from the pouch at
first. I was thrilled to see her enjoying the pouch.  However, it was a fight over who got to
control it. Once again, I ended up putting it in a bowl for her to eat. She
downed this faster than anything I’ve ever seen! She was very happy, although
slightly a mess. She also LOVED the Old Fashioned Apple Crisp.

I wish I had such
luck with the Baby Gourmet Vanilla, Banana and Berry Risotto pouch. She usually likes
vanilla and bananas but had never had berries. Skylar quite truthfully
did NOT like the flavor no matter what we did. We tried from the pouch, we
tried in a bowl, heated up and also refrigerated. There was no way she was
having any of it. (Other than the first spoonful.) As for the other flavors, she was content, but not excited
like the one with the pumpkin or apple crisp. I was sent so many flavors I decided to tell you
her favorite and the one she hated.

Baby Gourmet organic baby food adds in organic lemon concentrate to all their flavors to extend
shelf life. Their pouches are nut free and gluten free. They never contain any
fillers or thickeners. Baby Gourmet also is unsalted, unsweetened and do not
have any dairy, egg or lactose. The packaging is BPA Free. All of these facts
are important to me as a mommy. I always want what is best for Skylar. I
believe Baby Gourmet to be one of the best baby foods out there for her.  You can find Baby Gourmet organic baby food
at your local Wal-Mart and Select Grocery Stores. (I have them at my local Redner’s Warehouse Markets.)
